Shipping Policy
Mighty Moose Comics
Thank you for shopping at Mighty Moose Comics. We want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and ship your orders.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by an additional business day. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay with your order.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no minimum order requirements to qualify for free shipping.

Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 8 Business Days
Delivery times are estimated from the date your order is shipped, not the date your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
3. Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on your delivery address and the size or weight of your package. Tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at lorickmart@gmail.com.
5. Shipping Destinations
At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not currently ship to US territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. If you have questions about delivery to a specific address, please contact us before placing your order.
6. Packaging
We take great care in packaging all orders to ensure your comics and products arrive in excellent condition. Comics are bagged, boarded, and packed in rigid mailers or boxes as appropriate to prevent bending, creasing, or damage during transit. We take pride in delivering your items in the best possible condition.
7. Delays and Disruptions
Mighty Moose Comics is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. These may include but are not limited to carrier delays, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, holidays, or other unforeseen events. Once a package has been handed off to the shipping carrier, delivery timeframes are subject to the carrier's performance.
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in locating your package.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Mighty Moose Comics is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery. If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
Checking around your delivery location, including with neighbors or building management.
Waiting 24 to 48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly before actual delivery.
Contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to open an investigation.
If the carrier's investigation confirms the package was lost in transit and never delivered, please contact us at lorickmart@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the situation.
9. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lorickmart@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged packaging and item(s). We will review your claim and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. Please do not discard the damaged packaging, as it may be needed for a carrier claim.
10. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Mighty Moose Comics is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at lorickmart@gmail.com or +1 (425) 643-9924. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
11. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at lorickmart@gmail.com or +1 (425) 643-9924. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified and must be handled through our Return and Refund Policy.
