Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mighty Moose Comics. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you received your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in its original, unused condition.

The item must be in its original packaging, with all inserts, bags, boards, and any accessories included.

The item must not be damaged, written on, or otherwise altered from the condition in which it was received.

Proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email) must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.

Items that have been read, opened (for sealed products), or show signs of use or wear.

Digital products or downloadable content.

Gift cards.

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling by the customer after delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please include the following information in your return request:

Your full name and order number.

The item(s) you wish to return.

The reason for your return.

Photos of the item(s) if the return is due to damage or an error on our part.

Once your return request is received, we will respond within 2 business days with instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (such as a wrong item shipped, a defective product, or a damaged item received).

If the return is our fault, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. Mighty Moose Comics is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are processed through Shopify Payments, our payment processor.

Partial Refunds

In some circumstances, only a partial refund may be granted. This may apply to items that are returned in a condition different from how they were received, or items missing original packaging or accessories.

Rejected Refunds

If your return is rejected because the item does not meet our return eligibility requirements, we will notify you and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our approval notification, please take the following steps:

First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.

Next, contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.

If you have done both of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at lorickmart@gmail.com and we will investigate the issue promptly.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if the wrong item was shipped. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at lorickmart@gmail.com with your order number and a description or photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

If you would like a different item instead of an exchange, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering a replacement, store credit, or a full refund at your preference. Please include photos of the damaged or incorrect item in your message to help us process your claim efficiently.

9. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at lorickmart@gmail.com or +1 (425) 643-9924. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before your order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must be processed as a return after delivery.
